At Tri-D Fitness, we know that your health and fitness is directly influenced by a number of lifestyle factors. That's why we have developed programs that incorporate all of these factors. We believe that health and fitness is a lifelong journey, not a destination. In that spirit, our programs will educate you to not only reach your health and fitness goals, but also to maintain your "Permanent Fitness."

  1. The foundation of any great program is nutrition. We believe that you can greatly speed up your progress and ensure permanent results with knowledge about food. We make sure that our clients eat in such a manner that they enjoy it, eat real food, get optimal energy from their food, and feel satisfaction after they eat. Understanding how much energy your body burns, and how much fuel you need to give it, is the cornerstone of any quality nutritional program.

  2. Supplementation can also play a role in supporting your fitness and health goals. We education our clients about the proper use of supplements. We believe that there are situations where supplementing is favorable & also when it's not.

  3. Exercise is a broad term that can entail resistance training, cardiovascular training, core structural stability training, flexibility training, and sport specific training. Combining increased muscle with decreased fat, is one sure way to look and feel better. We design programs to help you achieve these optimal results. We believe that you should work out smarter, not necessarily harder. You should be able to do the least amount of work possible to achieve your desired goal. Once the body adapts to the exercise, small changes are made to the program to ensure that you don't lose those hard earned changes and that you are able to keep motivated with your workout program..

  4. Guidance during your program is critical, especially if you don't have experience. We train our clients to focus on exercising with proper technique, taking the utmost care to load the joints properly, and thus make the muscles do the work of moving the body. Accountability, and structure are equally important. We want you to succeed. We set up a structure with which you can. Meeting a trainer for appointments helps to develop a habit. Continually getting reassurance and feedback helps you to feel confident. Seeing results week after week until you finally reach your goal helps to develop excitement which is necessary for long term "Permanent Fitness."  Neat, huh
